Tietojen poisto

Kuten kerromme Yksityisyyden suoja -sivullamme, säilytämme seuraavat tiedot käyttäjistämme:

• Sähköpostiosoite (jonka avulla kirjaudutaan sisään ja mihin voimme toimittaa ilmoituksia)
• Etunimi ja sukunimi (emme pakota tietojen oikeellisuuteen)
• Käyttötiedot (laitetiedot kuten mahd. IP osoite, selaintyyppi, selaimen versio jne.)
  • Käyttötietoja jaetaan myös kolmannen osapuolen palvelulle virhetietojen muodossa. Tällä tavoin saamme paremmin tietoomme mikä johti mahdolliseen virheeseen ja miten voimme korjata sen. Palveluun ei jaeta tunnistettavia henkilötietoja eikä näitä voi laitteelta palveluun lähettää.

Mikäli tahdot tietosi poistettavan Cashm8 järjestelmistä, ole hyvä ja ota yhteyttä hello@cashm8.fi sähköpostiosoitteeseen. Voimme myös muuttaa nimesi ja sähköpostiosoitteesi käyttäjätililtäsi, tehden siitä täysin tunnistamattoman, sinun pyynnöstäsi.

Käyttäjien tiedot sijaitsevat Microsoft Entra palvelussa, josta poistamme ne pyynnöstä. Säilytämme kopion käyttäjien sähköpostiosoitteista myös tietokannassamme, jotta voimme helpommin esittää käyttäjätiedot hallintapaneelissa tileillä. Emme säilytä muuta henkilökohtaisesti tunnistettavaa tietoa tietokannassamme.

Ottamalla yhteyttä yllä mainittuun sähköpostiosoitteeseen, aloitamme prosessin millä poistamme käyttäjätilisi Microsoft Entra palvelusta, sekä tietokannastamme. Pyrimme vastaamaan pyyntöösi 7. päivän sisällä.

Kolmannen osapuolen maksukorttipääteet ja tiedot

Palvelullamme ei ole pääsyä, hallintaa, tai vastuuta koskien tietoja mitkä jaetaan käyttäjien ja kolmannen osapuolen maksukorttipäätevalmistajien kanssa. Käyttämällä näitä kolmannen osapuolen palveluita, käyttäjät ovat tietoisia tiedoista jotka jaetaan valmistajien kanssa, eikä meidän palvelumme ota vastuuta heidän turvallisuudestaan, prosessoinnista tai tietojen käsittelystä, sillä me emme voi vaikuttaa siihen.

Cashm8 ei käsittele maksuja itse. Varastoimme tiedot maksun valmistumisen jälkeen järjestelmässämme kirjanpidon vuoksi, siinä muodossa kuin maksunvälittäjä sen meille tarjoaa, mikä sisältää tietoja kuten mahdollinen maksukortin nimi ja peitetty PAN, sekä siirron tunniste jonka maksunvälittäjä on tälle luonut. Nämä tiedot eivät sisällä henkilökohtaisesti tunnistettavia tietoja, tai arkaluonteisia maksutietoja.

Data deletion

As we specify in the Privacy Policy -page, we retain the following data from our users:

• Email address (that you use to log in and we can send you notifications)
• Firstname and lastname (we do not enforce data authenticity)
• Usage data (device information like IP address, browser type, browser version etc.)
  • Usage data is shared with a third party service in the form of error data. This way we can have more information about possible error situations and how to fix them in future versions. We do not share personally identifiable information (PII) with this service nor can you send it to the service from the device.

If you wish for your information to be removed from Cashm8 systems, please contact hello@cashm8.fi email. We can also change your email address and name for your user account, making it completely unidentifiable, as per your request.

We store user information in the Microsoft Entra service, from where we will remove them per your request. We maintain a copy of your email address in our database, so that we may present those in the account settings, inside our administrative panel. No other PII is stored within our database.

By contacting the aformentioned email address, we will begin the process of removing your user data from Microsoft Entra, as well as our database. We try to respond to your request within 7 days.

Third party card terminal vendors and data

Our service does not have access to, control over, or any liability for data shared between users and third-party payment card terminal vendors. By opting to use such third-party services, users acknowledge that all data exchanges occur directly with those providers, and our service assumes no responsibility for their security, processing, or handling of such data, as we cannot interfere with it.

Cashm8 does not handle payments itself. We store information about a successful purchase in our systems once it has been completed for accounting purposes, in the format as it’s provided to us by the payment card vendor, which includes things such as possible card supplier name, masked PAN and transaction identifiers provided by the payment card terminal vendor. This information does not contain any personally identifiable information, or any sensitive card data.
