Checked on each company’s public site on 7 September 2026. SumUp’s €39 / mo is their Plus POS tier; they also offer a €0 / mo payment service with a 1.49 % transaction fee. Winpos and Restolution publish no price list, so some cells are marked as not known. Prices and terms can change — always check them on the company’s own site. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Most POS systems tie you to a single card payment processor. That means you cannot put your transaction fees out to tender without replacing the whole till. Cashm8 works with several processors, and you can bring your own terminal.

With your own card terminal, €9 / month per terminal (€11.30 incl. VAT 25.5%). With a Cashm8 terminal, roughly €0.10 per transaction plus €9 / month per terminal. There is no setup fee and no commitment period.
No. Cashm8 works with several card payment processors: VivaWallet, Poplapay, MobilePay, SumUp and others. You can also bring your own existing terminal. Most POS systems tie you to one provider — we do not.
Not necessarily. Cashm8 is an Android app that runs on your own phone or tablet. You can also order an affordable tablet through us.
The app is available in the Google Play Store immediately. In practice setup takes a day or two, once your products are entered and the card terminal is connected.
