1. The price is on the page, not behind a salesperson

We reviewed seven POS and payment vendors’ websites in September 2026. Winpos, Restolution, Solteq and Nets publish no prices at all; every path ends in a quote request.

Our price is €9 / month per card terminal, and it is written on the pricing page without you having to hand over your contact details.

2. You are not stuck with one card terminal

Most POS systems tie you to a single card payment processor. That means you cannot put your transaction fees out to tender without replacing the whole POS system.

Cashm8 works with several processors: VivaWallet, Poplapay, MobilePay, SumUp and others. You can also bring your own terminal. If you change processor next year, the till stays.

3. No commitment period and no setup fee

The agreement runs until further notice. There is no setup fee and no minimum billing based on sales volume.

For a seasonal operator — a festival, a food truck, a club café — this is in practice the decisive difference.

When you should choose someone else

If you need deep inventory management, chain control across dozens of locations or a hotel system, the larger vendors will serve you better. We say so plainly rather than sell you the wrong tool.
