Pricing and billing

The monthly fee for the service is €9 (VAT 0%) per card terminal in use. With a card terminal supplied by Cashm8, a per-transaction fee is charged in addition. No minimum billing is applied.

If you use your own card terminal, your card payment processor bills their own processing fees directly to you under a separate agreement.

Contract duration and termination

The agreement is valid until further notice. Either party may end the agreement, with no fixed term and no commitment period. No setup fee is charged.

Use of the service

The user is responsible for ensuring that the data entered into the service is correct and that their activity complies with laws and official regulations. This applies in particular to the receipt obligation and the retention of accounting records.

The processing of personal data is described separately in the privacy policy. Instructions for deleting your account and personal data are on their own page.
