Cashm8 is one POS system you can buy in two ways: with a card terminal or without. The software is the same either way.
Cashm8 card terminal: you get the terminal and the POS system from us as one package. About €0.10 per transaction plus €9 / month per terminal. You can also buy the terminal outright.
Your own terminal: you use the terminal you already have and pay €9 / month per terminal for the POS system alone. Your card acquirer bills its own fees separately.
Neither option has a setup fee or a fixed contract, and the software is exactly the same.
The till is an app, not a device. Install it on a phone or tablet you already own and you can start selling the same day.
You create products, combine them into bundles and sort them into categories so they are quick to find at the counter. You can also create discount codes for customers.
Customers pay in cash or by card. We support several card acquirers — VivaWallet, Poplapay, MobilePay, SumUp and others — and you choose the terminal yourself. We do not lock you to one provider, so you can put your transaction fees out to tender without changing your POS system.
From the browser-based dashboard you manage products, product categories and terminals, and follow sales in real time, wherever you are.
You see sales and margin figures by day and by month, also per product, and download accounting reports directly. Sales data is handled electronically, so you do not have to dig out the figures by hand at year end. The data is also available through an API for your own systems.
Orders appear in the kitchen in real time on the chef's own tablet or screen. No paper slips, no misreadings. A finished order is cleared from the screen, so the floor can see where things stand.
The kitchen display is not a separate purchase — it is part of the same monthly fee. Customer receipts print straight from the POS app; we support the common receipt printers.
Advance tickets are usually sold through several ticketing services, with more sold at the door. Cashm8 adds these together and shows the situation in real time in a single view.
Each event can have its own public tracking link that you can share with an artist or a partner without giving access to anything else.
No. Cashm8 runs on an ordinary Android phone or tablet. You can take a card terminal from us or use your own.
Usually yes. We support VivaWallet, Poplapay, MobilePay and SumUp among others. Ask us if your terminal is not on the list.
Yes. The monthly fee covers the POS app, the dashboard, the reports and the kitchen display. There are no separate module fees.
